No refunds or exchanges will be offered on instruments that are broken, or damaged by unsuitable atmospheric conditions (direct sunlight, centrally heated conditions, extremely dry, or damp or wet conditions). Guitars should be kept in the case when not in use. to protect them from the extremes of atmospheric conditions. Use of hygrometers and humidifiers is recommended. It is imperative that you insure your new instrument against loss, damage and breakage once it is in your possession.Ordering and DeliveryUK deliveries carry a post and packing charge of 10% of the order total (minimum charge £3). Orders over £150 have free delivery. Western European deliveries carry a post and packing charge of 15% of the order total (minimum charge £3). Large value orders have a maximum delivery charge of £100. Deliveries to the rest of the World (inc. USA) carry a post and packing charge of 20% of the order total (minimum charge £3.50).
